Easier booking with the new VAKA® Mobile app
We are now launching VAKA® Mobile – a new, user-friendly app that makes it easy to book timeslots for shared spaces in your property. Residents can use the app to reserve laundry rooms, guest apartments, event rooms and so on, direct from their mobile, and wherever they happen to be.
The VAKA® Mobile app is very user-friendly and easy to understand. The calendar view makes it easy to see which timeslots are available and which are booked up. Residents can book, change or cancel bookings with a tap, and receive reminder emails when their chosen timeslot is approaching.
This service offers residents a new level of flexibility: VAKA® Mobile enables them to plan their day, even on the go. Using the system prevents misunderstandings about who has booked the guest apartment, sauna or gym.

VAKA® Mobile is an integral part of VAKA® and is supplied via VAKA® Online, our cloud platform for digital services. When the booking functionality is activated, users can book timeslots in various ways: using the Mobile app, on their computer or tablet, or direct on the property’s digital booking board.
For installers, VAKA® Mobile can be added to existing VAKA® systems with the B60 domain controller in just a few steps, costing very little in both time and money. All system admin can be carried out via VAKA® Admin, the technically advanced and user-friendly administrator’s application.
